Art: I see worse artstyle. This have many weird proportions and have small changes so if you compare first & last chapters you can see that everybody look like completely different people. At least its not sudden change.
Plot: Very weak. Beggining is interesting, but holes appear everywhere, the farther the more. Looks like author doesn't know what he/she really wants and just add random ideas after every few chapters.
Characters: Better than plot.
