In the bright but impoverished countryside village of Dalchia, young Kanata, filled with a sense of justice, follows in the footsteps of his father, who tirelessly works for the village. Alongside his childhood friends, Misella and others, Kanata strives to be of use to the village. However, on the night his father returns from his travels, Kanata's world is turned upside down. It turns out his father has been taking in orphans like Misella only to sell them to the wealthy. Distraught, Kanata ends up killing his father to protect Misella. The villagers' prayers for "justice" upon learning of the incident summon an "enforcer" to punish the wrongdoers. Faced with overwhelming power, Kanata rises once more, determined to seize a blood-stained miracle in his hands.
