...by an Oofuri doujin, honestly. It is just that good. This work definitely put me on the alert for Tansan Shounen's stuff because there are precious few doujinshi that take something as farfetched (but rich) as the magic surrealism of wicked sorcery, familal conflict, the heartsbane known as love, AND fluffy AbeMiha action and just RUN with it. Pacing is quite varied, going from past to present with ease, and although the setup is lacking--confusing some, especially those more cynical about magic--by the end this damn thing will have you grinning like an idiot.
Not for everyone but for my money... a total knockout piece by a great dj circle. (Much love to the fan scanlators!)
