First of all this story has only 3 chapters probably because it got axed or it was just a "preview" to direct you to read the novel. I didn't read the novel so this comment is only about what I saw in the manga.
I don't know if it's because I'm tired of this Villainess gag, but the only thing special about this manga is the comedy about her being inside a jail and doing shenanigans to irritate the people around her. The rest is very meh. I feel like the story didn't give me a real reason to like the MC other than "look she is bad, smarter and sexy". There was times that I got myself thinking "hmm she is really just a bad person and there is nothing redeeming?" - could be that this will be explored more in the novel, but for the 3 chapter manga, it didn't make me like her fully.
The other characters are all dumb in comparison to her and only her friend and maid are "equal". There is really not much about it other than what we already see in many stories like that. But again, this one is lacking something to make me want to fully side with the Villainess. Also, as someone already pointed out, there is too much text that is really unnecessary, and the last chapter will give the people a feel of it being axed, or that isn't worth checking the novel.
Edit: Oh, I also didn't saw any men that was likeable. Maybe only her father, but it's because I pity him.
So my final point is that it has potential and the comedy is great, but still lacks something to make me wanna read the novel and not be like "Yeah, yeah, I've seem this one before... So original..."

The original novel was really funny and original, but it dragged on a bit and contained a bit too much comedic physical abuse for my taste. In contrast, the manga is very short, touches on many of the same bits without repeating gags endlessly, and doesn't overstay its welcome... But it also cuts the story short in a way that doesn't particularly make sense to me. The three chapters are ~150 pages in total, so why isn't there a fourth one for a full volume?

I loved having the visual of this to go along with the novel just wish this got completed. They got pretty far in those chapters. So hilarious and fun to read.

Loved the mc; wish we could have seen more, but they did a good job of packing a lot into only 3 chapters. The author even managed to give it a good conclusion (under the circumstances)

It's a shame this got axed after only 3 chapters.
