I don't really hold bias for the strengths that this series hold, so it's a 3/10 out of how much I enjoy it.

# Longer review

It tries to pull a OPM but without the funny. Feels formulaic, hence got too boring. It's mid, because it feels like the author is going for the predictable developments over giving batshit ones. It's like a re-skin of many others of the OP characters goes to isekai but hoping that a recoat of using a YAKUZA will make it more interesting. Unfortunately, it just feels as bland as many that came before it. I had to force myself to read through 5 chapters of this because of how painful it was to get through this. It felt like mindlessly grinding some math homework to me. I tried to hold some expectations that it might have something unique that goes for it other than the "cool old man" trope, but really, it doesn't have anything past that. (Mind you, I don't mind OP old man turning into young girls series if they have comedy that can pull the series when the tension and development gets lacking like in "Tanya Saga of Evil"---this one has a weird (nationalistic?) vibe of "JAPAN NUMBA ONE" cultural simping e.g. Gate JDF)

Guess this is the price of having a too "OP" protagonist with an underdeveloped and unremarkable side cast. The plot ain't intriguing enough.

On the upsides, it has great drawing and the illustrator is decent at expressive angey faces. But that ain't enough to pull me in nor find this more enjoyable.

This is one of those stories I come across from time to time where someone's imagination has taken a seemingly bizzare set of ideas that shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence and then executed them so well it has become art in that weird, abstract, almost grotesque way.

Other stories in this category include BLAME! and Akira.

Clearly, these stories are niche and not intended for most people, but they're done so well they tend to grab a much wider audience.

World building is excellent, the characters are designed to be something and they work very well in that function (even though they don't do multiple things well, unfortunately), and the visuals are mint (if quite weird). The plot exists to take the reader for a wild ride.

Definitely not for kids, but worth checking out. Quality is the word... even if it's quality niche.

An old man who is the boss of a groups of Yakuza aka Japanese mafia is reincarnated into the body of a little girl whos a princess, as you can understand hilarity ensues as an old man walks around in the body of a little girl punching and completely destroying anyone whos in his... her... it's way.


Honestly after chapter 20 i went of a binge reading chapter 20 to 25 but i just skimmed the last chapters instead of reading them thoroughly and i got to say, it get kind of boring later on, the story isn't able to keep my interest any more and as the story goes on it get harder to follow and artist who draws the manga isn't able to structure the fight scenes together cohesively.

ill be dropping this manga now at chapter 25.
