Decent art with a "drawn on black" feel. Hook/story is decent and leaves one interested in what story might follow.
As to Joese's comment. Looks to me like one was looking for faults. The verdict on this work seems overly harsh for something that is likely a backstory or teaser for some future work, and is a whole 4 pages.

Overly dramatic, could go better with less arrows on the goblin and if they acted more ferral. There is also no point in the goblin father being shunned or there being a human/goblin languages The only spoken interaction is the boy at the end and was also unnecessary ...
