Attempts at romance of a university student

MC moves to big city to start university life and also get away from his mostly female family. He ends up being the only man in a small dorm. On the way to the dorm a woman bumps into him and blames him for it (even though it was 100% her fault). Later on it turns out she is one of the residents of the dorm. Despite the bad start they have quite the chemistry and maybe would end up dating if MC didn't accidentally start dating another girl. There are 2 other women at the dorm who, while not romantically interested in MC, have lost all sense of shame and spice things up quite frequently. Through the volumes, MC keeps meeting with girls other than the one whom he likes. Most characters get their own arc or two. In the end the question remains, will MC finally manage to start dating the right girl?

The shameless ladies work as hostesses, MC ends up working as a bartender at their club and another character who appears later also ends up working there. The main love interest has nothing to do with the place however.

The answer is yes, but it takes so long, that it feels somewhat disappointing.

Some mature themes are present in the series:

MC tried to be a gentleman on the beach and wanted to protect a random girl from some pushy guys. The girl was perfectly capable of protecting herself and MC just made a fool of himself, but still got the girl's attention. She is serious about wanting him as a boyfriend and does a lot to kick of their relationship. She goes as far as to lure him to her house, undress and outright offer sex. MC is almost tempted, but thinks of his crush and refuses.

Another girl (star of another arc) is at best just friends with MC, but in a random chapter, after getting totally drunk tries to have her way with him. However before things get too far, she ends up puking on his face instead.

Also, the art is quite good.
