Manga artist Inaba and young doctor Shuuzou used to be friends from the same high school. They met again ten years later when Inaba developed hemorrhoids, due to his profession which requires sitting down for long hours. He finally decided to see a doctor and that there's nothing to be ashamed about.

However when Inaba found out that the doctor he's seeking help is Shuuzou, he immediately refused and said he'll never let Shuuzou treat him. The young doctor apparently annoyed angered, decided he'll have his way with Inaba.
