As the title said: Small girl from hell grants powers to otaku with no social life so he can fix the problems of the girls in his life and in doing so collect the resource needed for the hell girl to prevent bad things from happening to him. Except in Kaminomi he does it by seducing them, and in this he does it by tying them up in BDSM situations and forcing them to confront the issues; this one is a lot more ecchi and less romantic.

Still, so far, the plot is decent, and the characters are decent. It's definitely not as good as Kaminomi, but that's what you'd expect from a derivative. But "not as good as Kaminomi" is a wide range (Kaminomi is one of my favorite animes/mangas), and this is still a decent manga for people who like ecchi.

"Just wow. I've read a bunch of perverted series in my time. But this one is something else. An otaku type guy in school is getting bullied by a girl who prank confessed to him and as a result finds he has the power to "execute" bad kids under authority from hell to prevent them from permanently turning astray. Basically this is all a ploy for rough BDSM play and molesting anime waifu's. It's trash, but the kind that's enjoyable. Like the plot and theme is just so dumb and crazy that you can kind of forget about it and just enjoy it as a cheap waste of time, if that makes any sense. If it doesn't, the only other way I can think of to explain is to relate it to food, where a good series is like a nice dinner, where it's satisfying, has it's own highs and lows but is overall a nice time, and wraps up leaving you either satisfied for now or eagerly waiting for the next one. Where something like this is cheap junk food. It's not nearly as good, but it's something easy and cheap to fall back on. It doesn't have high quality, but it'll do the job to fill you up for a bit before you get to your meal. Anyway, it isn't like there are no strong points, the art is pretty good and the comedy has it's moments, but the actual plot side of things is absolute garbage, as well as the characters. Everyone's bad but secretly good, and fill a bunch of boxes generally. You've got the tsundere bully type, kind idol that's actually ungrateful back stage, quiet one that's actually an asshole, that sort of thing. Oh and of course a demon loli that's probably legal that no one can see as long as she's in this costume designed by someone that Chris Hansen should probably give a talking to."
