The guys are smexy and the female lead is powerful and make men serve her skillfully. The tension is great. I also love aspects like her child being well done in the manga. This is my type of manga.
Like seriously. If you like super light bondage and a female lead dominating, this is for you. It may not be smut, but it can be super hot. Personally I'm not into (sexually) dominant females (sorry), but I'm sure there are a lot of you out there that love that so here you go. Also if you love seeing a lot of hot bishie abs, this is also for you~
Anyways, that isn't the reason why I read this, I read this story because the female lead is cool. She's empress dowager after all. I like the concept of the story the ML being reincarnated, not the FL. So far, he seems to be biding his time to get his revenge? Personally I'm not fond of the ML. He's a typical wanting to dominate the FL, but at least he's good at pretending to be weak.
I find the story not too intense actually, so if you're looking for high fueled drama, this ain't for you. Don't get me wrong there is a little drama, but so far nothing intense like other revenge stories. There is hardly any revenge so far.

He dislikes her now because she deceived him and thought she was in love with him, but in reality, she was just trying to survive since her mother made her enter the palace and break off an engagement with the guy on the right. She has no feelings for her former fiance, but I suspect she really did love the emperor, but misunderstood him because he's a tyrant.
RIP former fiancee, I have second ML syndrome as per usual T.T I find the story not too intense actually, so if you're looking for high fueled drama, this ain't for you.
