Ugh. I hate Suou.
I like characters that tease the one they like, but Suou is just plain cruel. He lies to and tricks Rikiya all the time, and is always justifying his actions by blaming Rikiya for not being honest about his feelings. And what's worse, is that it's always Rikiya who gets hurt (he pretty much worries excessively to the point that he even becomes ill - twice!) then he has to be the one to apologise or just accept that he's been tricked, while Suou continues to be a jerk.
Suou is always saying that he doesn't feel like Rikiya loves him as he isn't honest, but how the hell is; 1)dating loads of boys to make the one you love jealous, 2)being rough with the one you love during your first time together even though you're fully aware he's still a virgin, 3)trying to make him jealous by saying that your ex is cuter and that your lover should behave more like your ex, 4)making him worry so much that he often faints and is constantly feeling heart broken, 5)making your lover feel inadequate and unable to have an equal relationship; proof that Suou loves him!? Ughhhh. Pisses me off. (Please excuse my language, but seriously, Suou is a dick.)
Anyway, the other couples were okay. Nothing special, but at least they didn't aggravate me as much as Suou did. To be honest, if it wasn't for the other two couples and for Rikiya (I liked him -- I thought he was cute though clearly stupid for putting up with Suou's crap) then I would've given this an even lower rating.
The art is average (not Yamakami-sensei's best unfortunately). The comedy is missing in my opinion (I can't think of a single panel that I thought was even remotely funny, apart from the one that said "Shinobu-kun masturbated" -- though that's more to do with Akutsu's expression at the time). The romance was extremely lacking and very shallow. The plot itself sounded interesting at first, but wasn't.
Yeah, I may be being pretty harsh right now, but I really didn't like this. After reading the two previous reviews, I didn't even have particularly high hopes for this anyway, but compared to some of the outstanding BL masterpieces I've read (not just manga, but even some fanfic), I was just left wondering why I even bothered to waste my time reading this.
