The story follows Detective Xeno, who after being found collapsed at the side of a road covered in blood and was taken to a hospital the first thing he said upon awakening was solving a murder that happened in the hospital!
Xeno himself has no memory of who he is or where he came from, but after that huge incident and after leaving the hospital, he opened up a detective agency and in just a year he solved some high-profile cases.

A throwback to the detective manga genre that was once prevalent in the 90s/00s, which was itself a throwback to British detective novels. Think Sherlock Holmes and Agatha Christies's.
Good point: a fresh breath into a genre that is more or less dead, in a time when the author of Detective Conan has run out of steam, and Kindaichi has entered cash cow mode.
Bad point: the author's writing and character building skills are obviously still in the rough. The story moves clumsily that you either can tell or simply have little interest in what is going to happen next.
A visually interesting series with quirky characters and well put together mysteries with perfect pacing. Reminds me of older steampunk detective series like Steam Detectives.
