Serious medical fantasy

It's really a serious medical fantasy. Real live doctors have to deal with unusual things people do alone or with others in a erotic relationship. The Mc does the same but with magical creatures like slime, man eating plants tentacles etc. However since it is a medical treatment it isn't erotic. It's rather professional and serious work that show how a doctor would treat theoretical diseases and complications in a fantasy world. Just to be clear there are some more erotic diseases and treatments, but there is also normal wounds and struggles. It's really the daily live of a doctor in a fantasy world.

Less raunchy than the tags make it seem

Yeah it's still got sexy times, but in a way that's like "if you're an OBGYN, of course you're gonna see some pussy." You're not really gonna learn much actual medical stuff from this, as it is all monster related issues, but it's a fun time. I think the first chapter is actually a good pilot for whether you'd want to continue reading. It is a bit raunchier and a little more horrifying than sexy or kinky than the rest of the series, but it gives a taste of what's to come.

Note: this series is not about a perverted doctor. He just be in situations. And is like 50 (and still the hottest character in the manga. We love a silver fox). So if you were put off by this possibly being a harem in disguise, don't worry about that. No one is after him.

Actually, yeah, despite being tagged as a seinen, this reads more like josei erotica. Which makes sense
