The toon dont have much in common with the title or its description.
There could be millions of interpreations of it and you would probably be right, perhaps even come up with a better story then what we have here.

In short: The MC "progression" starts and ends within 14 chaps. Then its all about Trash MC being Trash. Then we get baited that MC might have his way with ALL the girls in the toon, sadly it never did.
You will have trouble liking the MC or the side characters. The only guy in the story is the "Gym bro" and its only that because the artist liked him, hence she shipped him with MC sis...Koreans....

Since the story didnt progressed and it seems the author wanted to end it, or got axed, he made the most typical/cliche thing South Koreans do -> Shove pointless NTR into it. Be it for his own cuck fetish or for drama.
In the end, the last 15-20 chaps or so are NTR bait which turn into REAL NTR for MC. Here is your South Korean speciality -> Mother-NTR. And its very graphical. To some point its so dumb you think the Mother has either split personality (very, very original) or the author thought he wanted to go all out but decided not to go that route for some reason.

In the end, the story HAD potential in the very beginning, but since Sis is blood related to MC, there was no chance for MC having his way with her (because thats one of the reasons why the japanese are supperious towards the S.Koreans). The "conflict" was created and solved within 5 chaps and no one likes to read/follow a unlikeable Main Protag. The NTR made things just even more worse but on the same note it just proved S.Koreans are Nr.2 cuck country on this planet.
