I personally liked it, it was nice and sweet seeing the characters interact. Really wished it was longer because I would've loved to see more chapters since it was so adorable. Definitely check it out, it's not bad and it's a quick read.
I personally found this manga refreshing and cute. It was rather unique in that the main character was passionate about gardening, and the main girl being infatuated with another guy. This was simple and cute.
In my personal opinion, the other commenter judged this way too harshly.
I mean sure, it is cliche - quite cliche, in fact.
But it was sweet, and enjoyable, and (semi) unique in that the protagonist was male. And I actually liked the art.
Besides, it took me under ten minutes to read. You really don't lose anything by giving this cute little story a chance. ^^
Also, lemme just clarify that the unrequited love tag is mostly just for show.

The female lead was in love with someone other than the male lead; but it was obviously unrequited so that's probably why whoever put that tag there did it. ^^
