The brother gets really screwed over in the end. I get she liked the older brother first, but for the older brother to pawn her off on his younger brother just to take her away is too fucking cruel in my opinion.
I don't know how to exactly judge this so I guess I'll just describe it. The first thing you'll notice is that the art looks like shoujo. This is slightly true, but it refrains from making all males bishounens. I would say that there is simply a lot more art and text so it may seem cluttered at times. The main lead is female (which I really don't mind) who apparently has something for white coats (fetish? trauma?). It's interesting so far and I really haven't seen too much like this so I think I'll stick to it for a while.
I would simply advise to not drop it simply because of the art. It's a very cute story so far as well so if you're looking for that, try it out.
