I was really disappointed with this manga.
The art style is not my cup of tea - it looks rather unrefined, the faces look awkward as do many facial expressions.
The characters were not too likable, neither the Dad, nor Shizuka, nor the child were characters I could say I liked, which probably ruined a lot of it for me.
Storytelling and story in general also aren't strong points here; stuff happens seemingly random and unexplained and it's just all over the place!
The way it starts is just how the whole manga goes... so random! There's no impact behind it, even though given the events, there really should be.
The accident/childhood trauma that is there might as well not be because it just seems to add nothing. The guy sleeps with his cousin and doesn't recognize him until they end up in bed once again, and then suddenly he knows who he is and... yeah that's that.
Mediocre in just about everything, with a not very convincing sense of humor and an unpleasant art style, I'd only recommend this to fans of the mangaka or people who have run out of other manga to read.

This was a very cute story with a fun plot, likeable characters and a little bit of depth and angst and romance all rolled into one. Kamo-sensei has a very unique art style with long-eyelashed men and long limbs, broad chests bodies. Botan was adorable in his honesty. The entire story made me giggle quite a few times.

I really love sensei's work in general, but this one is really excellent. If you usually go for slice of life comedy, this one is for you. Botan is so cute and hillarious!
