Sokabe is a salaryman whose apartment is far from his workplace. He could have found a closer place but one reason stops him from moving: his feelings for his downstairs neighbor, Motoi. This manga is adorable! It has comedy and great art style (ʃƪ＾3＾）
But... It hasn't been updated in more than a year! I think the 2nd vol was translated by a FB page in Spanish... But it's not the same!

cute ukes who are hopelessly in love are always a treat to see. the seme was also cute and funny. I love all the BL scenarios he imagined xD it will be really nice to see their relationship eventually get physical.
I didn't really care for the second story. characters seemed haphazardly put together and the plot was way thin. meh.

I loved how this story was developed. While it was somewhat rushed, it didn't seem that the feelings the characters had for each other were just conviniently made-up for plot convinience. Furthermore, the mangaka was very consistent in the way that she potrayed her characters. On top of that, I loved the way that this manga was developed, and the plot was very interesting and unique. As if that wasn't enough, the art us also awsome!! *///* Overall, this manga is adorable.
As a fujoshi, it is very hard to find a male friend who show enthusiasm for BL. I go to this story for a reason-it will potentially fulfill my desire for a fudanshi friend. HAHA~Just a friend, not a lover. The story is as interesting as I believed, KUROIWA never let us down.
