Ordinary senior high school student Shen Zhongyi accidentally discovered that his crush is an alien employed by the Milky Way Customer Service Department. The department handles various incidents caused by travelers (aliens living on Earth) and “deals with” native Earthlings who either know about, or are somehow involved in any incidents with, the travellers (by deleting memories, altering memories, or eliminating the person completely). To avoid being annihilated and losing his memories of her, Shen Zhongyi started a part-time job in the Milky Way Customer Service Department, where dangers and perils abound!
