There's two stories in this manga that are connected with each other.

The first story is about a high school boy with a mangaka as the next door neighbor. Not wanting to bother his mom about buying a new bus pass he agrees to work part time for his neighbor. He starts out as an assistant but then it's escalated to "modeling" different scenarios.

The second story involves the high schoolers friend, also a student, and the mangaka's editor.

The story is nothing new, the characters are not too interesting, but the mangaka and his editor was cute to the max, I liked them a lot. And I don't think there was anything particularly rapey or sadistic in the whole manga as the person below me stated (maybe some dubcon at max with the second couple), so unless you're VERY sensitive to these things (well, you probably shouldn't even read yaoi in this case at all), you should give it a try, it's a quite entertaining piece.
But aside from everything else, I liked the artwork the most, it's really nice, just how I like my pretty boys. (Usually I'd give this manga a 5.5-6, because it was on the entertaining side of the average, but I just enjoyed the eye-candy too much, not to give it a higher final score.)

i really dislike semes that are all blushing and cute normally but then get all sadistic and rapey during sex. the disconnect is too large. it was hard to believe such a character. they didn't even offer some bullshit explanation like "i like to read sadistic manga" or something dumb like that lol.

the uke was cute. i would have preferred for him to end up with his bestie lol. where's his story of him pining away?! lol
