A doctor with special eyes can see if a patient will live or die before she even operates on them and uses this ability to her benefit.

There is a doctor named Ji-soo who people say has the hands of a perfect surgeon, but in fact, what no one knows is she has god-like eyes that tell the difference between who will die and who will live. She then meets someone who needs to be operated on but finds it’s something she couldn’t do, even with her ability. Meanwhile, Yaksa, who is being chased as a fugitive, is planning on buying land he had been collecting with someone. There, Yaksa meets Ji-soo, who is guarding the land next to his own and at the request of Ji-soo, finds some special beads. Ji-soo, who said she would give the land for free for the sake of finding the beads, leaves town with the beads, and keeps them in her clothes until her return. One day, Ji-soo goes into the O.R. and unexpectedly experiences the patient’s death. A car appears in front of the shocked doctor. Ji-soo uses the beads that were held by the Yaksa in the middle of the night.
