12 years old Princess who was raised in Mary Ann Orphanage and always cheerful has a nickname of Pudding. She has a mysterious charm that allows her to open up to anyone. The gentle Mr. and Mrs. Field have offered to adopt her. Pudding comes to the Field house with high hopes, but what she meets there is a very unusual family. There is Cookie the talking raccoon, Jennifer whose age and appearance are far different, and Jimmy the baby who is surprisingly big. Pudding is surprised at first, but she is happy to have a family and gets along with everyone. However, she is shocked when she hears Mrs. Field say, "We adopted a normal child to disguise the suspicions of the neighbors." She runs out of the mansion crying and tries to go back to the orphanage...
