Description
Haegu, a proficient and merciless hitwoman, executes a man in front of his own daughter and takes the child under her wing. She decides to name her Mian, the word for "sorry" in Korean, and gives her one mission: "Kill me when you can." I am currently so addicted to this series. It has its dark moments and they get pretty dark... and then it has its sweet moments and funny moments. The story is nothing for the faint-hearted. Themes like torture, bloody revenge and heavy inner conflicts are always present, but if you can take that, this story will blow you're mind.
It is so well written... the conflict, the inner struggles of both women, the characters are interesting...
Then the art... absolutely gorgeous does not even begin to describe it. The artist is clearly having fun, experimenting with all kinds of angles, wonderful anatomy, dynamic poses... I'm in love with every panel!
The couple - is interesting. they begin violently and kind of ...ooof, but get pretty sweet with each other later on. The dynamics between them really make you want more. And make you hope for a good ending... sigh :/
Lastly, the yuri....... I can honestly say I never saw sex scenes more artistic, dynamic, sexy and oh so bitter sweet. And the way the climax is portrait is just... chefs kiss. The author surely knows how a women's climax looks like. Unlike a lot of other yuri/hentai artists...
