I read in maybe 1 month so I don't fully immersed in the story but the art is very cute and all the girls are drawn super cute. I really liked the mom on the train

This pacing is fucking atrocious. Like, good god. Have you ever watched an ova adaptation of a game that crams like 30 hours of game into 40 minutes? Well imagine if the original was like that. Like seriously this is the worst pacing I've ever seen in an original manga ever. The idea for the story is cute, the designs are nice, the drawings are giving me Promised Neverland Witch Hat Atelier and are high quality but. Like. There's like three pages of build up? The characters are static? They spend a whole volume (a third of the thing) on a single fight?! There's no sense of time or progression (it goes by so fast that it's as if we weren't moving) or weight or anything?? I'm just stumped at how incompetent the writing is. The steampunk vibes are on point tho. So, my recommendation, if you're that interested: look at the raws, try to follow the story from the pretty pictures and make up the dialogue in your head. Whatever you come up with is gonna be better than the real thing lmao

I really liked the art style, had those westernish japanese vibe. I'd like to read more works of similar art style.
The start was great,plot thickens but the ending was kinda left open-ended spoiler]I get that the author was originally not planning to release 3rd vol and also his primary goal to save the male lead but I was thinking it wouldn't have hurt if the author could go a bit further. So many possibilities could have been there if there was more of the story yet the stones were left untouched.Didnt explain bout the books, the devil etc..[/spoiler well was pleasent reading tho...
