Description

Surh Jung-woo developed Gynophobia because of his trauma when he was younger. Even as a college student he is still afraid of women, but Yoon hae-soo is an angel-like existence for Jung-woo because of his fear. He starts dating after thinking he could trust Hae-soo, but while putting everything he has on line for her he falls into debt and gets cornered. After he gets betrayed by Hae-soo the person to save him is the most beautiful girl of this college, and the famous professor Pi Eun-na. What is this beautiful teacher after, and why did she help Jung-woo?

Not the worst train-wreck I've read

Negatives

-The MC is weak and really unrelatable, I believe he has an abnormally low sex drive for someone his age (kills realism). He so annoyingly pathetic the only thing he does is whine all the time about all the beautiful women giving him too much attention. Nobody likes a whiny lil bitch ass character for a male lead. Not to mention he's a dumbass too for getting fooled all the time and not doing shit about it.

-His apparent Gynophobia is nothing more than a plot device or an excuse to be even more pathetic. like seriously there are some chapters when he's absolutely unaffected by his so called Gynophobia disorder while near females in the bg

-All the main women have absolutely no reason to be as attracted to the MC as they are. They are only into him because of the annoyingly overused reason of "he's a nice guy" bullshit. Like really he not smart or good looking, cool, rich, clever, charming or even funny. I mean he not even likable as a MC. So how and why? At least with some stories its because of some magic power or some shit like that but no nothing its simple just because.

-All the women have unrealistic reactions to tense situations and only end up giving convenient reactions to suit the MC's preferred outcome and to strengthen the authors desire to have beautiful women love the pathetic MC without doing any real writing or work.

-No nudity. Okay I know this isn't really a negative to some of you but considering how bad the writing is, some nude scenes would have boosted its popularity.

-There are a lot of times I've felt that the plot was poorly paced. For example there are some scenes that seem to be of some significant importance but felt poorly timed or lacked in any kind of impact.

I have more negatives but I think I ripped on it enough.

Positives

-The art. The art is in full color and is colored well. The character design is very appealing to look at. There are enough backgrounds for the manwha to give you a good idea of the world but subtle enough not to take over a page.

-Curiosity. Despite the bad writing and somewhat predicable outcomes the story is fleshed out enough to keep you wondering what will happen next.

-Not as bad as others with a similar premise. Yes the MC is really pathetic and the girls are nothing more than 2D flap material but compared to others with similar traits this one is a lot more tolerable.

Not the worst read. If you like reading about a guy with zero appeal aside from being nice who without doing jack shit gets bomb shell hotties, and is liked because hes a push over than this is for you. If nothing else its an okay way to kill some time.

Weak Male, Strong Female (Personalty)

Based on my read from Chapter 1A-19A.

Most of the story so far focus around the Main Character (Male) and his somewhat peachy life. The Main Character would best I would describe as "weak" in many category. On one hand you have to feel sorry for the guy because of his Gynophobia (fear of women/female) where he can't interact or look at female (where he deem them as female; he fine with little girl or family member or close to it) without embarrassing himself in front of them. On the other hand he somewhat of an idiot that cannot be describe in one word unless you read this web-comic for your self and you be the judge. I don't dislike this story nor the Main Character so far but I do think the MC is just "weak".

So far there are 4 Female and 1 Male (not including the Main Character) with a name introduce into the story so far. I just going talk a bit about the 3 Female that seem important and doesn't seem like a side character.

Female 1: (Older Female by a year to our MC, college student).
Trick our MC in the early chapters like a con-artist, Her true feeling for our MC is unknown in the later chapter after she is force to repaid back to our MC.

Female 2: (Professor in the university)
A Female Vampire and The Main Heroine of the story. I got no clue why she start liking our MC but you can really tell as a reader that she like him. She somewhat playful like a cat when she messing around on our MC.

Female 3: (non-blood related older sister? cousin? neighbor?)
I going assume she the cause for our MC's Gynophobia because that how I see it when I read it. She a sister that act like his mother, that took care of our MC since he was 3 year old. She has a strong personality and overbearing presence that can force our MC to coward away in a corner. Unsure what she think of our MC beside "overbearing family love?"

Just think of this Manhwa as story of guy being pulling into situation or simply in a situation control by a strong personality female (mostly beautiful) while he trying to live his college life peacefully while trying to get rid of his Gynophobia that not even on the starting line yet.

The Ending Ruined It

For most of the series, this seemed like an interesting and fun harem series. There were some cliched tropes, sure, but there were also enough moving parts and mysteries to keep the story interesting. Then, the series abruptly ended in a way that seems completely at odds with the build-up from earlier plot developments, with no explanation for the inconsistencies. What a let-down.
