Only the brothers adore their sister kinda romantically. Shouldn't put off people that stay away from incest. If you stay away from slice-of-life though, don't read.

The story follows the Akai triplets. Shunpei and Kyouhei are in love with their sister Anko. Nothing really happens. Mother dead, father comes home occasionally.

Art is good. Sometimes it was kind of strange, their heads too big or other things. So quite bad, but it didn't hurt to look at it. Not for "art is the most important thing in manga" people.

Characters
Interesting, I can’t really talk about any character development though. Anko is sweet how their brothers see her, but she is also like a normal girl. Jealous, mean, childish. Shunpei was normal in the normal way, really a good character to be the main. Kyouhei was this likeable kind of delinquent. But I liked Shunpei more.

Enjoyment
It was funny to read, nothing serious really happened, what isn’t that bad in this case. I didn’t even care for the open ending. Although I did take one point from the rating for it. Although I can't really imagine an ending to it. It's pretty forgettable too.

Very average, nice characters and a cool story, but then ending was left very open and no resoution was found. Very much just a snap shot of their lives.

Brothers is somewhat of a classic school life love story reminiscent of, none other than, GTO. Two brothers, one like a delinquent and the other like a pretty boy, are in love with their little sister. The story catalogues the school life of these three siblings as well as a few outside issues.

I would definitely recommend this to any fan of GTO or the teenage school life genre in general.
