Aaaaand MC never once told her father that his wife was abusing her? Not once? In any of her lives?

WTF. I'd understand if she told literally anyone and kept telling them of the abuse, even though no one believed her, but nah. She doesn't even try. Instead she's still going to keep it to herself, even saying she has to do this shit alone? For the 4th life?

How the hell is anyone going to help you if they don't know? You don't even give them the chance.

I have a feeling when she finally tells her father he's going to be soooo shocked and horrified and blah, blah, blah. 😑 How the fuck do these fathers not seem to know what's going on in women-lead manhwa?

In men-lead manhwa, with abusive settings like this, the fathers not only know they encourage the abuse whether 1.) Out of "tough love" or 2.) They genuinely want the MC dead. It's almost never because they "didn't know".

Already, in 7 chapters, no woman is nice to MC. That doesn't bode well. When every women character hates the MC, and they very clearly screams it on page, then there's a very good chance the artist/writer is misogynistic. If they're women who created this work then their internal misogyny must be overwhelming.

Hm...

I sincerely hope the "saintess" character is nice to MC. I'm not holding my breath, but I hope anyway.

🤨 So this is a story where MC was forced to become a physical badass and ONLY then does she get the second chance at being respected.

Ch. 19 is frustrating. MMC makes note

to his subordinate who follows him unconditionally, asking why does he follow him, an unwanted prince?

The follower says he'll do what he wants and want he wants is to follow the prince.

The thing is this follower hates FMC. He thinks he knows FMC from all the shitty things that's gossiped about her.

Even after his prince tells him FMC isn't malicious or a bitch. He still holds that thought about her.

What I don't get is why the prince would NOT point out his follower's hypocrisy.

All the prince has to say is, "you know my reputation. Yet you believe in me. Why can’t you see you're being manipulated to hate FMC? You can see through the lies about me so why can't you do the same for this girl?"
