Her sunburnt color art really turned me off. Forewarning the uke is really flamboyantly gay looking.
The sex scenes ranged from hot to boring and the emotions throughout the scenes weren't always very consistent. The characters would look like they were enjoying the sex and then they'd look like a bunch of ultra-pretty mannequins. Also, the plot aka the non-sex scenes were boring and confusing. I mean: who the heck were some of the other characters who popped out of nowhere and who started carrying on conversations as though they knew "said character" for a long time? And even worse, there was no introduction for most of them.
Furthermore, I'm not sure I know what the plot is 'cos the story started off with a threesome in mind and then suddenly, the story abruptly changes mid-way in tone to one of a love polygon.
Well, first of all, i must confess i read this because of the threesome element bows head I am a pervert, forgive me. Ok, confession done, now onto the review xD First of all, the characters. Not particularly strong, not alot of depth to them really either. I was left sort of disapointed. Eventually when once of the characters finally starts to show more depth it pretty much ends, so i was disapointed. As for the story... again pretty weak. In some respects it just seems like an excuse to get three guys into the same bed. The story isn't very detailed and not particularly entertaining either. It has a few funny moments but nothing much more than the bare frame work of a story. The art is reasonable, but does have some occasional inconsistencies without explanation (one of the characters seems to change quite suddenly for example without mention of why or when, which is a little unusual). As far as Youko Nitta's works usually go this is one of the weakest. As a fan of the mangaka i read it and i did enjoy elements of it, but its not one of the works i'd recommend. Overal rating of 6 =/
Okay, the art was hot and all, but what happened to the story? One character somehow totally changed in appearance, and then got rejected? And then he was just left there hanging by himself while the other two lived happily ever after?! Secrecy of the Diplomat far outshines this one.
Thats right, this isnt good at all. I suppose if you like threesomes you might like this but I had such a hard time telling two of the main characters apart! Made the story FAR less enjoyable. That...and it isnt much of a plot to being with. But if you like Nitta, I'd read it...just so you can appreciate Haru and When A Man... that much more!
