Now this... THIS is the manga that finally makes me happy! Of course there is dieting in it but its to make the story funny as they show off such beautiful chubby monster girls! <3 Its definitely gonna be a big buy for me when this finishes if it has a great ending. I usually wait to buy anything in case the story goes south lol. (Cough example game of thrones.)

If you love fat jokes like I do, this is possibly the finest manga to look for them. Potato elf and crew are hilarious. Methonium's art is also at the top of his(?) game with a wide variation of body shapes and expressions. Most chapters also have some tidbits of health advice that many Americans should consider given the obesity epidemic that has only gotten worse over the years.

It didn't click well for me. First of all, I'm not fond of pudgy/chubby women. I'm the type that even prefer very small breasts and tiny/petite statures and although I like medium or even large sized boobs and well fleshed out bodies as well(though not as much), the women need to be relatively fit. I also don't appreciate it when the mc eats like a swine and can't stop stuffing her face, especially not when it's french fries which I don't feel are that good anyway. At least if it was candy and cake, it would've been a bit cuter. Normal food are also better than junk food like that. I must say I feel somewhat disgusted when she drools all over the place as she eats like a typical pig would.

As for the comedy, I feel it was way too forced and annoying. Especially since she managed to lose weight but has no will to actually keep that weight, it feels like a huge insult to everyone working hard to keep their weight when you see a character like this that couldn't care less and has such an easy time of losing weight only to gain it and lose it and gain it and lose it, not having a single ounce of will to keep that weight while losing it. Urgh.

Yeah, nah, I dropped it after about a dozen chapters, feeling like it wasn't worth my time. It's pretty good in its own way with nice art, I guess, so I can't give it below a rating of 6/10, since it WAS readable if I truly wanted to. If you have never cared had issues with weight and loves pudgy/chubby women, give this a shot, it might just be a favorite.

The premise is nothing more than an excuse for specific fetishes, tits and ass shots, and harem antics. If you like monster girl ecchi, knock yourself out, but with weight loss as a subject there are not really any positive or encouraging messages here.

Well. Another story you read for one thing only... and that's not the plot or the characters. (Hint: Ecchi)
Problem is, this story has been offensive so far in the first chapters. There's body shaming, reducement of a person to her body, no focus on keeping your body healthy, ...
So unless you want big breasts, skip this one. Jeez.
