I read this up to 210 and quick read the novel for spoilers. But it seems like the artist and author changed the story from a less funny clichés romance to comedy bromance. I am glad they did it and I prefer the manhua than the novel since the main characters are much more likeable while the MCs are too bland on novel. Although I guess it will be one of the ending with no girlfriend, world peace and “best crazy friend forever”.
But they're funny so.. 🤷😂🤷🤷😂🤣🤣💦👌🤷

This is a comedy about two crazy people in a mental hospital, one of whom gets a cultivation system. They're story-crazy, rather than suffering from a specific mental health problem, so this is entirely a comedy and not at all a realistic take on mental health. The comedy, however, is pretty great; it's as if One Punch Man was crazy rather than bored. There's also an adorable deal of bromance.
Of note: While the protagonists here aren't evil, in contrast to some other stories they do accidentally hurt people (mainly by trying to help others via "acupuncture"😉, and they don't save everyone.

Guy in mental asylum unlocks a 'system'.. Is consistently nuts, but hides it from boss of the asylum while the workers seem to find him doing crazy stuff.
Some very funny moments, lets see where it goes (and hope TL quality increases).
