It just didn't really do it for me. I actually love the concept of one un-seen individual intersecting and zig-zagging through people's lives, the person themselves not as important as their impact, and watching the effects unfold. There is that slight mystery of "why" when it comes to the titular character, but ultimately I got bored and the author didn't do a great job of connecting everyone's lives early on -- starts very slow and disconnected, in my opinion. Chapter 6 (the end) was actually the best and I wished they'd focused on Hiroki (the guy from Chapters 1 and 6) going in and out of the other character's lives vs shifting perspectives in each chapter.



I really would have liked to know why it was such a big deal that Kirishima quit his club, lmao. They didn't do enough to explain why so many people seem to care. I think he might have been good at volleyball and it might have been abrupt and the reason he had given was kinda meh considering he "had no life outside of volleyball." I would love to see this story from Kirishima's perspective...I bet that man is just vibing with his buddies while everyone around him is having teenage existential dread. Lol.

I read everything scanlated at the moment, and so far I can say that it's somewhat interesting, a bit slow and boring, but overall good.

I like the fact that you get to know a bit of the 'main character' through the eyes of others because he hasn't shown up in any of the chapters, and even though he's not the focus of every chapter, he always has something to do with the characters in them.

I'm looking forward to seeing him through his own perspective.

Well, I'm a sucker for plots that show the different points of view that there can be and since this manga has that, I think that it will end in a refreshing way.
