Classic early Tezuka

A gem from Tezuka's early days, and one third of his sci-fi trilogy (the other two stories are Next World and Lost World)
This is only worth reading if you're into Tezuka and don't mind very cartoonish, outdated and simple art. Or, if you've watched the fairly different modern anime adaptation, which ultimately is better than this.
