I mean I get it, it's a popular trope, I can tolerate it when the manga has other redeeming qualities, but it's too much when other characters start making excuses for it and use it as proof of love

oh of course he loves you, why do you think he raped you then? He couldn't hold himself back

and the main character uses it as a term of endearment

I prefer the dirty sexually harassing you (said in these exact words)

Not only do you get dubcon, but you are also not given the opportunity to brush it aside as a product of its time and focus on the "plot" because "rape is good" is constantly rubbed in your face all the way to the last page. I use the term "plot" loosely here because there isn't much there in terms of plot or characters, and what's there is only there as an excuse for [not very good] H scenes. I was plugging through waiting for it to finish with the rape and get to the good part like some of these older manga do, but it never did.

The reason I gave it a 3 and not a 1 is silly: I simply like the "landlord" trope, so 2 extra points for the setting.
