Description

Honestly felt like I was watching a telenovela half the time. Like it would have an insane cliffhanger and then flashback to two days ago to explain exactly how it got to that point, and the explanation itself is wild....

All in all, I did enjoy this manga. The couple is nice, sort of like a diet Yashiro and Doumeki of Saezuru fame. They bicker and make up and are sweet together. Their sex is hot. I'm still going to pray for them.

The s&m angle of this manga is....out of control lmao. Honestly it felt like a lot of it was for spectacle instead of for titillation purposes.

I feel like Daimon's backstory could have been written better because it just felt like melodrama. I really enjoyed Kojima's character and how his backstory was written, but all the running away he did annoyed me. There's the makings of a true gem in this manga, it just feels really unpolished. I think the mangaka has a lot of talent. I'll keep an eye on them.

because only a few people can enjoy this manga properly.

so, disclaimer. THIS IS NOT YOUR USUAL OFFICE BL. it gets darker, and not just shallow edginess, but pure heart wrenching, mental gymnasium plot and drama. it also messed up, so read at your own discretion

the core of it, i guess, is about having "uniqueness" (f'ed up kinks) and finding the right person. who not only satisfy your tastes but also help you face unresolved trauma and grow from it.

but you aint getting allat just from reading a few chapters, you have to read it all. let the story sink in. its all or nothing. and god, let me tell you, that was the most emotional 23 chapters of my life.

v1 is godly if you like dark BL. The rest is good, but I couldn't help but be disappointed the main relationship doesn't do more SM play. I do, however, like that it's a deeply emotional entanglement. But there's no need to "fix" people like us, y'know? We can both find true love and keep our kinks.

But only if you stick to it. The Seme isn't unreasonable nor does he just do as his told or gets manipulated by the Uke. He's actually a good character in a sense that he understands a part of him he never thought of existing while also maintaining the gentle side of him.

The Uke, on the other hand, though I wish him suffering for being manipulative... I don't like the part that he'd enjoy the suffering. I, honestly, want him to go to a therapist rn.

Chapter 6 got me on edge. The updates can't come soon enough but I'll patiently wait.

i only read until 2 chapter and every chapter it left me speechless. i don't know about other series, but the plot twist too soon to reveal. i don't feel the thrilling in this manga.
until now, the story just 'meh'
