It's a short fluffy read with a true green flag LI which is nice in the ocean of problematic series. I feel like there are fewer misunderstanding issues and it's resolved p fast compared to other works which is great. Although Yiyoung is a college student most of their interactions were at their company so it's closer to salaryman bl. The main couple falls in love pretty fast and the remainder is just their daily interactions which is nice.

I'm actually surprised it got a sequel since there's no real conflict in the webtoon beyond Kang's odd inferiority complex and age gap. Anyways, it reminds me of a cotton candy just light and sweet.

I started this manhwa four or five times and walked away after a couple chapters because I didn't care for the art style. I'm glad I came back to it and gave it time to grow on me, as I found it to be one of the more enjoyable reads I've had in a long time. I also came to appreciate the comic book style art after some time too and I love how expressive the characters can be, especially Yiyoung.

To call the MC, Yiyoung, immature is a little off-base. He is young - in his early 20s and still a sophomore in college - and inexperienced. Rather than immature, a better way of putting it would be that he is very naive, as you would expect of someone that age and at that point in their life. He is adaptable, however, and when he notices his emotions getting out of control, frequently pivots and adjusts himself. These things aren't signs of immaturity. He is a pretty well written character that has some growth, especially in season 2. Our ML is mature and introspective, but also flawed in his own way and makes mistakes. Since he is older, naturally he is more mature but is quick to reflect on himself, leading to some decent communication and quicker resolution of problems. One of my biggest pet peeves with manhwa tends to be how long miscommunications, assumptions, and misunderstandings drag on and, pleasantly, this isn't the case here. It is a pretty sweet story that, while predictable, is a very easy read. These kinds of stories are perfect for in between some more serious or darker tones to lift up your mood and gently pass time. The uncensored version has some good smut too! Lots of affection, all consentual, but very little kink and/or dog blood if that's what you're looking for. This is a manhwa with broad appeal, so give it a chance!

I tried so so so hard to read it many times but I can't, just bcz of Yiyoung character, he is so annoying and immature, it's so hard read his childish annoying ott narrative in his mind and oh god he talk a LOT and react so ott to everything, just too childish and immature 😩
+ the romance is so forced, it's not believable at all,like u can't even believe that director fall for that childish immature irresponsible dumb kid. Zero chemistry , it's funny how the director and secretary Cha have better chemistry than the director and that annoying childish horny guy lol

The art and that badass smart funny secretary Cha are the only good thing about it.

The characters are extremely bland and annoying. The plotline is very uncreative and dull

Definitely one of the top webtoons! Starting from the plot, simple yet crafted really well, believable and full of emotions, to the art, I'm so loving the art, giving me retro vibes. What is really the best about this toon: Yiyoung and Daehyung. Those two main characters: strong-willed, ambitious, witty and overly emotional uke (his inner monologues and facial expressions are to die for) and manly, caring, intelligent and sweet seme (too handsome for his own good). Brilliant dynamics between them, well paced storytelling. It's funny, it's sexy, there's consent, not much overall drama, there are wonderful side characters (kudos to Secretary Cha and entire Singco crew). Hopefully this webtoon will never end 😉 Highly recommend!

While the story is interesting, the characters are either completely one-note, or way too confusing to understand. In addition, I did not appreciate the noncon/dubcon-ish scenes that were revealed to be "hahaha it was a dream sequence or a vague not-flashback all along" and nothing really happened. It feels like the author wants to appeal to the noncon crowd while not scaring away the vanilla crowd - and not succeeding in either field. Furthermore, the whole switching of perspectives, even within one chapter, is confusing and feels cheap - as if information was often willingly omitted, or presented in a deliberately misleading way without a story reason. I don't like it.

The art is fine, the story in itself is good, but it's nothing to write home about. I bought the first physical volume, but I think I will return it.

I watch the Mature version of this comic on Tappytoon. The artistic aspect of this comic is fabulous. I enjoy savoring the facial expression, body language, dialogues, imaginative inner conversations (neurotic at times), and all the other delicate details that make this comic so pleasurable and rewarding to read. The artist is very good at portraying human emotion that make readers feel close to the characters she created. I highly recommend this comic to you. I give this work 10.

Im trying to ignore the Webtoon even a Manhwa but this webtoon pull me to start reading all works of webtoon/manhwa soo im hoping this story will be good till end.!
