Good but not in a hurry to go anywhere

This is a special little series that is better than most of the other similar series that have been cropping up (romantic-comedy-manga-with-an-office-setting-and-short-chapters-published-on-Pivix seems to be a budding genre.)
What's different about this series is the original, well-written characters. They're not the usual stereotypes. The 'senpai' (who I guess normally would be a hot-but-emotionally-distant bishie) is a loud-mothed, passionate guy who looks a hell of a lot more like a real guy his age than most manga characters. The 'kouhai' is not weak, pathetic, or overly cutesy, She's actually competent at her job! (a rare thing for women in the world of manga.) They are a very good couple and I liked them a lot.
My only real issue with this manga is that this is yet another romantic comedy where the two leads don't get together until the very end. Despite the fact they obviously like each other, and there is no good reason for them not to get together, they somehow manage to avoid dating for ten volumes. Wouldn't it be more interesting to watch them grow as a couple for ten volumes? What a waste!
