Although the main motive is kinda popular in BL, the delivery is very good. Characters are smart and witty and there's more complex back story, so the whole thing isn't boring or bland. Dark humour is another asset and art is definitely beautiful.
If you liked this manga, spin-off "Nights Before Night" is a must read.

Agreed that the story is that super classic trope of a prostitute being 'rescued' both physically and emotionally by the one love he's finally found, but at least the mangaka's execution didn't make it as stale and boring as it could've potentially been. She didn't bring much new to the table either, mind you, but what she did bring was adequate enough. Plus the art is really good as is always the case with Natsume Kazuki.
It's a very basic story of an upright straight seme saving a slutty uke from the brothel life. The characterization is done pretty nicely, tho, for so short a manga. I really like Haru and Shigure's character from the flashbacks, so I'm really looking forward to Haru's story next.
It's a nice heartfelt story that doesn't lay on the drama too thickly (in my opinion). It's a good set-up for the spin off! haha

This started out with the potential to be interesting.
While the art is very rough, it's emotive enough and fits the attitude of the characters which I like.
The dynamic between the two leads has been mildly interesting.
But then, chapter 2 came about:
I'm not sure where this manga is going, but the author is clearly not experienced in drawing or story-telling. She's taken some potentially interesting ideas and put her not so great spin to them.
This is my impression so far (2 chapters), but I'm hoping for an improvement.

Well, it progressed and ended just as I expected from chapter 3 and onward.
Enough to play on my heartstrings, but not enough to detach me from reality and really care for the characters, because I've seen this plot a thousand times and done much better.

Soon-to-be-seme-san is an all-round nice guy. I like his design (the scar and rugged looks), but something doesn't sit quite right about him with me. Naturally, he wants to help the escort and show him there's more to life than fucking, so he takes him out for a bit of mundane fun. The uke laughs. We have lift-off. Uke-kun clearly has a thing for seme-san already, and even goes so far as to restrain him and make seme-san watch while he's being fucked in the ass (to show him what it can be like). And of course, there's some sob-story about someone related to the uke dying, which is yet to be revealed. And I don't really like that. If it's a dead lover, it's an over-played motif.
