Description
In the near future of Korea. A technology that can approach human consciousness has invented and people could delete one's memory by using that technology. However, after that invention, people deleted memories thoughtlessly and side effects came up with repeated memory deletion. People became psychopaths and started to murder with no emotion. With the group psychiatrization, Government announced that memory controlling and deletion are an illegal act and will be heavily punished if someone does it, and launched 'Special memory investigation agents' to investigate memory manipulation cases......
