It is useless to try to defend this manhwa: it started out with an interesting, if "classic" story, but ended up far too disappointing in so many ways.

Chapters: 102
Honestly a good number of chapters but poorly managed. Initially a story with a leisurely and pleasant pace only to arrive toward the end where the pace is far too fast.

Story:
As mentioned it started out "classically" (I mean the protagonist being reincarnated) but slowly developed sensibly and with a very pleasant pace.
The story gradually developed and so did the romance part.
The issue (like, to my chagrin, so many Manhwa that have been coming out lately) is that it seems that the author got tired and wanted to finish the Manhwa so as to get this "burden" off his chest.
The ending, honestly, disappointing--it seems like the classic ending to shut up those who are reading.

Drawing/Graphics:
Nothing to criticize. I liked it and, unlike others, it did not get progressively worse chapter by chapter.

Final Reflection:
Would I recommend this manhwa? Yes ✔️ and No ❌. I am still undecided.
Would I read it again? No ❌.

I thought it would've been nice that she was a grandma before the reincarnation, but then everything was just generic. Fast romance? Protective family? Evil 2nd Leads (siblings)? I mean I was okay at it at first but for some reason the execution and the following events just annoy me. (I read it weekly on webtoon so I was able to keep up slowly before decisively dropping, but I think I would've dropped this earlier if I had to binge read).

I tried to finish it honestly, but the last 10 episodes were just not cutting out for me to continue and finish.

But then maybe it's your cup of tea.

It started out interesting but... the various hurdles put forward by the antagonists felt too cliché and simple. Like the bad guys don't even seem like they had to struggle much to sabotage the leads.



The ending was... meh. It felt a bit rushed and left a lot to be desired. Thank god I found the story soon after it was completed because if I was following it while waiting for weekly updates, I would have been extra frustrated with the ending and might have felt like I wasted my time.

Just to make it clear: they do not snu-snu as the title might mean. Just actually sleep, no touch no nothing. And then became that stupid cliche where they even marry but still no snu-snu even tho they are on good terms and all that. Bruuuh useless.

So to resume:
-art is so-and-so (seen worse)
-story nothing original
-story telling reaaaaaly bad
-ml absolutely useless
-fl seemed strong/funny at first but it's also useless
-it ends suddenly after [way over] prolonged telling of events

The summary promised me a grouchy, foul-mouthed grandma-mentality Penelope. And failed to deliver right from the start. Penelope doesn't have any of the maturity you would expect from a grandma at all. Or even just an adult. She acts like a teenager, which is sad because I believe her physical age is supposed to be at least 20s. The Emperor is more puppy than anything. Supposed to be the most powerful person in the empire, especially since he's actually the ML, but he mostly just follows Penelope around.

To make things more needlessly dramatic, there's a villainess that is delusionally in love with Vat and thus seeks to cause trouble for Penelope. We get (wasted) panels about her trying to get Vat's attention and then getting angry when she doesn't receive it...and getting angry over Penenlope having Vat's affection and attention.

THE TITLE IS SO MISLEADING LOL THEY NEVER SLEPT TOGETHER EVEN AFTER 60 CHAPTERS FUC*ING CHILDISH LOVE STORY GARBAGE.
Fl is so childish not in any cut or adorable way it and what she became Empress lol the kingdom is doomed from the start.
The ML is typical with nothing about himself and FL obsessed and the most funny is that he is downright SIMP A FU*KING SIMP.
Lol it gets worse the Villain also loves FL and the freaking MAGE enters ALSO LIKING FL
and Dumb FL ignore all and the revolves around them being dumb and stupid childish. JUST TO SEE ML BEING JEALOUS Why do people spend money on making trash and buying trash like this? I concur that this Manhwa's ML is impotent and FL is stupid worm wiggling around any men she sees.

Im reading it when I have no other story to read, but yo be honest, the issue is that its nothing New.
So she was a old woman in her past life so she speaks her mind, the guy is a puppythatlikes her just because. And thats it.
Theres nothing New or engaging. I would recommend other isekais that are far better

The opening is pretty similar to "First Night with Duke", but only with emperor and some cliche storyline..
Let's see after more chapters are out..
