Wholesome

This is simple, mature and hot. I liked main couple especially seme as a character so much, his character was too complicated, it was so interesting when author start to unfold his character and to know him more and more and his character development was too good for me.
His insecurity, trying so hard to pleased others , trying so hard to show a flawless perfect image, his self hate, tragic incident in his childhood,... And I like how he could be goofy and carefree too but deep down he cares about others, Everything was too good for me.

Heetae is such a lonely sweetheart man. hardship and back stabbing from ppl he loved never makes him to lose the kindness, caring and spark in his heart, he is just such an affectionate human being.

I seriously liked character development and dynamites, they are "talking" with each other and put an effort to know each others, they even change each other to become a better person, this is too wholesome for me.
Yk their relationship is not perfect and they can be immature about things but they slowly but steady growing, I like it how it's not all perfect and they actually fight over things which is normal when u have intimidating relationship with your boss ,it's felt real.

Pace was nice for a Manhwa too.
It's not the best webtoon out there but it seriously enjoyable, try it out ,it's getting better and better with each chapter. You know sometimes u choose to ignore flaws in some works bcz the whole message is good and heart touching, it's one of those webtoons for me so yeah I choose to enjoy it and satisfied by author message and hard work , it's obvious author work so hard on it and on character background story , personality,...

not your everyday typical rich CEO seme

I liked how different of a trope this manhwa had (CEO, Mu-gyeol the seme is the one that falls in love with the uke subordinate first, is goofy and does want a relationship, pursues relationship with Hee-tae but also wants to be cautious and not scare Hee-tae away so wants to respect his boundaries and treat him well, even if he did start liking him mainly because he had a great ass haha).

Versus Hee-tae, the uke, who is conflicted because of his past and sets clear boundaries that he does not want a romantic serious relationship).

The story was funny at many times which was what the author was going for but I think there was lots of drama I didn't expect and thus had some serious parts.

Art could have been better (especially side profiles) but it was not the worst. I liked it.

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Mu-gyeol tries to ask before doing anything Hee-tae thinks would be uncomfortable (e.g. kissing), is very jealous and can be petty (e.g. telling why did he ignore him if he wasn't going to do a good job) but all through out was never a toxic asshole.
Mu-gyeol had a cute personality, was nice and was in a power position but didn't really abuse his power.

Surprised but you can tell the author put effort in their backstories and character traits. One of the few Mangas that actually tried to adress everything that was mentioned mysteriously throughout the story (e.g. semes brother death, Hee-tae's past college days with his ex)

When season 2 started it seemed more that Hee-tae softened and was not uncomfortable with Mu-gyeol telling him that he liked him. I thought there would be more resistance but yeah seme was proven to care about him (e.g. caring and showing concern for Hee-tae when he was sick).

The ending was so satisfying...
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
they were going more of comedy towards the end and I enjoyed it. I loved how they talked it out at the end....and that it was a happy ending. Mu-gyeol was petty at times but he never mistreated Hee-tae and was a toxic person.

I'm glad the author did not have dedicated chapters to the side couple
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
( because they wanted to end the series in two seasons), we got a glimpse of them here and there instead (e.g. them meeting at the Cafe also the scene when Hee-tae had called the cousin etc.).

Power Abuse

The director uses his position against Hee-tae repeatedly and when Hee-tae rejects him (several times over the course of the series), the director utilizes that power against Hee-tae or makes passive aggressive comments that makes it sound like he will.

Also the big first issue that Hee-tae is forced to apologize about is the result of SA done to him when he's significantly more drunk than the director.

If you like decent guys, avoid at all cost. Hee-tae deserves better.
