Confident and in beautiful personalities develop projects for the Spartan models begins!
25 Chapters (Complete)

I hate any story that takes place in Fashion industries and all the show business in general, for the obvious reason that I can't help but think that it will be flat, superficial and stereotyped.
But because of the "gag" tag, I thought it might be a light funny read, and it was. I read it in one sitting, and I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.
This is the story of a 20 years old man who works at at small restaurant shop and while delivering food to a model agency, he's asked by the representative to consider working in the field while she gave him her card. He's reluctant but as he is really a pushover, he end up accepting "a little against his will to become a model". So began his new life, and how his agent has to train him to become more fashionable and above all professional!!!
The protagonist is so naive (at times borderline stupid) and kind, that it's laughable, he seems to have the mentality of an innocent child, so it's impossible to take that story too serisously, and that's what makes it the more hilarious!!!
Nevertheless, despite starting out as a gag, it adds a little drama at the middle of the story with her agent and others stuff (but I won't spoiled the plot), and that part fell so realistic, too bad it was too rushed, this manhwa could have easily lasted 50 chapters or more.
I also like the fact that the romance wasn't developed, "ouf!!", it would have ruined the story, because the chapters are more or less than 20 pages, so it goes real fast to read them. But, the real reason was that it would have been so cliché, and not the ones I am very fond of, so that was a good thing, because if you want to introduce real romance do it the right way, take your time, or forget about it. Well, that's only my point of view I know!!!!
I also like that in our story we got to see the feedback of people through internet forums about these people in the entertainment business, I couldn't help but think about what I read about some real actors/actresses, it was exactly the same!!!
Concerning the graphics of the characters, they were all really well drawn (a little too perfectly well drawn, I like them more rough and less romanticized, no matter the genre (like 10 Dance, or Yamikin Ushijima-kun, or Angel Densetsu, or Yume wo Miru Hima mo Nai). It's even more strange because BL is my favourite genre, even though the graphics often irritate me to no limit.
I don't have anything against beautiful characters, but I hate that it has to be the norm, and that what I like is considered being ugly, it isn't, it just tends to be more realistic which is totally totally different!!! As for me I find most shoujo manga/sunjung manhwa to be "ridiculously ugly"!!!! Fin de la parenthèse.
Anyhow, it was an explosion of major kkochminam (꽃미남), it was very detailed, whether it was the faces, bodies or clothes. Well it was the typical "we are all beautiful, more or less, because this manhwa is about Fashion industry after all."
Now my biggest complain was as the story progressed, the recurring use of "paradisiac beach postcards" and "real background photographs" became really annoying, what the heck was that for!!!
Just because it's a full color manhwa doesn't mean it will make it more attractive if you do that, on the contrary, aren't you supposed to be an artist for crying out loud, if you're unable to draw a specific setting or décor, hire someone who knows how to do so. If I wanted to see real pictures, I would be flipping through a freaking magazine for goodness sake!!!
That's why, most of the time when I see "full color" story, I have two fears, one "minimalist simplistic drawings", and two "overuse of digital images". Its almost impossible to avoid one or the other.
