Yaoi in its original form was just this: porn without plot. That is what Wabanabe Asia does and she's good at it.
But this oneshot is a little weaker, that's true.

What do you people think yaoi is? Yaoi is relationships between men, yes, but it can also be explicit porn without a plot or romance anywhere in it. Basically, they do it just for kicks. This is an example of yaoi without plot; a smut if you will. This isn't for easily grossed out people who complain because of graphic, no-plot, sexually inclined actions that are involved in yaoi. Lets accept the fact that this one is "all up in your face" when it comes to hardcore yaoi.

Erm... this is just bad porn...in full colour.
No plot, no story, just a supposed priest and two vamps having at it...
Look else where if you want to read something decent.

I think it might be better to call this "hentai without women," rather than yaoi. Like most hentai oneshots, the plot and characters are pure nonsense designed to appeal to readers' kinks and provide an excuse for the sex. (Anyone expecting something to come out out the vampire aspect of the plot will be sorely disappointed.)

All this would be well and good if the doujinshi at least delivered what it promised: hot sex. There's certainly plenty of sex--from the first page until the last--but whether or not it's actually hot is up for debate. Personally, I found it all awkward: oddly positioned bodies moving in ways that defied basic laws of physics and anatomy; not to mention, the "third wheel" character neither got to penetrate nor be penetrated, so I felt partially cheated on the threesome aspect of the doujinshi.

Overall, I might've rated this one even lower if it hadn't been for the fact that the doujinshi is in full color. That alone makes the doujinshi worth a look--the color certainly is very nice--but don't expect very much from it if you do.
