Description
Miyanari is a straightlaced model student who one day suddenly started being able to see a red string connecting him to Hashiba, a delinquent in his class.

I think this series would have been better being only one volume. The start of the second volume kind of bored me. However I think the premise of the manga is really cute and the art is good. The manga is nothing out of the ordinary but the first volume was really cute.
I loved the art in this story. The story itself is good enough that you are definitely left wanting more of everything but not quite getting it.
I had an assumption on how the red thread of fate is going to be used in the story, things did not go the way that I expected. (in a good way).
The thread of fate plays a part in getting them to notice each other, and realize there’s something special there, but it’s ultimately up to them to decide what they want and that is especially what I liked about this story and what made it stand out for me.

At different points they actually lose the thread of fate connecting them together, at one point it connects one of them to someone else, additionally at different points in the story they can both see it.

There are no surprises in store in this volume! But with that in mind, it's pretty good quality. The "red string of fate" aspect really didn't play much part in the story except as a catalyst for one character to pay attention to the other. If you're looking for a story that engages with the trope, you might be a bit disappointed here. Personally, I appreciated that it wasn't hugely featured—the strengths of this manga (like the art and the clearly defined characters) were able to shine better.
