childhood friends and unrequited love is normally my jam, and I did enjoy this manga, but I find it was quite lacking in characterization. I wanted to know more about the characters and why Touma loves Takaya besides the regular "I was his princess" shtick. More backstory on the two characters and less on the side characters that I didn't care about (aside from Yonezawa, he can stay).

More characterization would have made me much more invested in the story. As is, I almost throw my laptop out the window at the final dramatic gag in the final chapters. I'm glad it was a joke, but I was THAT close to hating this manga lol.

This is one of the few mangas where I wasn't 100% sure which guy the main character would end up with. While he didn't end up with whom I felt like he should have, I liked the way the mangaka wrapped it up in such a way that it didn't make me feel bitter, but instead has me longing for a spin off with the other characters (which i will be reading as soon as I post this review).

For those saying that thought it was too long, I mean it did drag on, but I felt like the feelings progressed properly, there's is nothing I hate more than a "straight" guy falling in love immediately with another guy just because he's confessed too. It's not the best story and not something I'd recommend first, but still worth a read. The art is beautiful of course.

I agree with the other poster that this is too long. Three chapters would have been more than enough, instead of two whole volumes. Aside from the couple coming out to their parents, there is nothing remotely interesting about this manga.

Yone-senpai intrigued me a little though. If there is a story about him, I might read it.

The art is pretty and clean but that doesn't make up for the uninspired writing at all.

I've been looking around for cute stories like this for awhile now! This is the first one that's fit my taste since the last one I read in 2015! I really hope you continue the series so I can see more that happens! Your art style is also amazing!!

I can see how some people could really like this but for this story to be two volumes.. There's barely enogh material for me to get throgh one! It's not an original story and I could predict all the elements by the first chapter. By the last chapter I was devastated when I saw that there is a second volume. This story is good enough for me to want to see it to the end, but it still feels like a waste of time for it t be so long.
