A first-year student named Tsubasa Mitsuishi and a second-year student named Aya Mizunami have been put in charge of noontime P.A. broadcasts at school on Fridays.

As they spend more time together with just each other for company, the two of them quickly became close. Tsubasa confesses his feelings to Aya and so the two of them have started dating, but she just won't let him do anything lewd with her.
