A very good Horror manga, full of blood, guts, gore, and plenty of weirdos, who just love death. The twists are great, as are the personalities of the criminals; they are just so heart-thumping.

The only adjective I can think of to describe this manga is beautiful. Not the "pretty flowers and happiness" beautiful, I mean the "gory, dark, morbid and interesting" kind of beautiful.
The author has a fantastic imagination... I absolutely love this manga. And it's not even complete yet!
I say it's a must read for anyone who likes morbid mangas, an example of morbid could be the manga Goth, and of who doesn't mind full nudity. I must say, the nudity in this manga isn't hentaish, or even slightly erotic, the way the author puts in random nudity is just done casually.. It's like that nude person is just wearing clothes. Or at least that's how I see it.

Subversive, salient, challenging and perceptive. Many a mangaka has tried to create a character that can be called a "condemned hero," but until I met the detective of MPD Psycho, I didn't fully appreciate the concept.

This manga's hero is damned, both because of his own actions and because of his mental instability. And yet he continues to hunt down criminals, despite the fact that many of them share his dark inclinations.

Fabulous stuff. Not for anyone with a weak stomach, though!

Anyone loves psychological manga and doesn't mind gore, dead people, and more gore, should definately read this.

Unique story and plot, the art is attractive, i recommend this to everyone lookiing for a series read.
