A high budget martial arts drama called "Magnificent" has taken the summer by storm. Gu Chong, a C-list actress who plays Yan Ruyu in the drama, finally skyrockets to fame in the entertainment industry after years of hard work.

At the celebration banquet for "Magnificent" on August 26th, she meets Lin Shangci, the screenwriter she's been curious about for a long time. She appears more ordinary and pure than she imagined, like an observer floating above the world, or flitting at its edges...
