This doujinshi demonstrates one of my absolute least favourite tropes when it comes to any pairing with England: taking advantage of his tsundere-ness to do basically whatever you want with him while also dumping it on him that 'he wanted it too but just wouldn't admit it'. There are a few instances when that trope was executed with more nuances and became more tolerable, but this definitely isn't one of them unfortunately.
