Two young lovers live in a future where nuclear war has destroyed the planet and neo nazism has returned.

Earth exists in a state where mankind cannot survive due to the aftershocks of a great explosion. Naham sympathizers proceed with creating a new type of cyborg organization in order to survive. A laboratory researcher named Rana is a zealous believer in the nautical mile, which tests harder than anyone else to find a human who can carry Naham in order to survive. During the experiment, Rana finds herself to be the most suitable carrier, but does not want to dedicate herself to the Naham belief, and so she runs away with her beloved John during the experiment. John and Rana, who have fled together, are on the verge of death by the Naham’s that are chasing them. While on the run, John causes Rana to fall into a cold cave and then runs away, leaving her on her own before he dies resenting her in the icy mountainside.

Time passes, and John is reborn as a cyborg sent by the League of Freedom who asks Rana to meet and then join the League of Freedom, a robot federation that fights against the Nahams. The League of Freedom aims to defeat the Nahams and wake up a being named Mother Atlas in order to create a peaceful Earth. The League of Freedom, which must find the Great Divergence in order to counter the Nahams tell Rana that she has a great power that can save them all.
