Sigh, this had so much potential. Mann, it started out so good, then the plot just became one hot mess. It literally caved in on itself. What a dumpsterfire
Like, am I the only one who is bugged about the fact that Koga's parents reunited and made a WHOLE ASS another child and didn't even tell him or visited him?? Especially the mother. Like Koga suffered most of his life bc the loss of a mother (that he couldn't find) while the mother reconnected happily with their husband. Idk knowing they had a second kid after their first ended up in such a horrible place, alone, being brainwashed into hating omegas while they reunited and had a second kid, and dropped the kid onto their first son with 0 explanations till the last second feels hella shitty!! Koga's parents living their best life and having another child while their eldest is with the psycho grandpa again no help , the psychograndpa who has an omega r*pe dungeon ! But everybody forgets about it and he becomes "nice".
And the way they pulled some friendship-is-magic bullsht with how quickly they forgave the family head/grandpa… Like this man has been holding Omega‘s hostage and probably drugging them for YEARS!! He won't get punished for doing that to all these people like sorry what??
The grandfather should have been arrested for orchestrating the forceful holding of his adult son and grandson when they each got forced into the omega room, drugging omegas and also pretty much kidnapping his grandson from the rightful custody of his own parents. This bag of shit should not be forgiven!!! The grandpa should have been kicked in the jaw for the generational trauma he caused UGH
And then there's this mf Shuu, the dirty pedophile! I just love how content shuu-san is with being a deadbeat parent. He said less than five words to his son like damn I know you were 'dead' and playing hero to the other family but you not gone even ask him to play catch or something? Shuu the groomer who disappeared for years and just showed up one day like nothing happend let's not forget that he just watched Misaki struggle for years as a single parent and didn't give him any sort of help,!
I feel like a lot of these short mangas end up like this. They have like 80-90% of the series drowned in drama and conflicts and hardships, and then BOOM! Final chapter, everything magically resolved at the snap of a finger, everyone happy. It’s too cringey to be believable.
